These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website pizzaviareale.be (the “Site”) and our services, including our dine-in and takeaway food services and online ordering system. Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order via our Site or in person at our restaurant.
Products: All food and beverages we offer, including pizzas, various dishes, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Order: Any purchase made through the Site or directly at our restaurant.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made on-site or online via Mollie, credit card, or Bancontact.
Takeaway: Orders placed for pickup rather than dine-in.
Dine-in: Orders are placed and consumed within our restaurant premises.
Online Ordering is the process of selecting Products through our website and placing an Order, with payment options available online.

Takeaway service, where Customers may pick up orders placed online or over the phone.
We offer online ordering through our Site, where Customers can choose Products, schedule pickup, and pay via Mollie, credit card, or Bancontact.
Online Orders: Customers must select their desired Products, add them to the cart, and complete the checkout process. During checkout, Customers will be prompted to choose a payment method.
On-site Orders: Customers may also place Orders directly at our restaurant.
Once an Order is placed online, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer. Please note that Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Online Payments: When ordering online, Customers may pay via Mollie, which supports various payment methods, including credit cards and Bancontact. Mollie processes all online payments securely.
On-site Payments: For dine-in or takeaway Orders, payment can be made in person using cash, credit card, or Bancontact.
Payment must be received in full before the Order is finalized. We reserve the right to cancel any Order if payment is not completed or we suspect fraudulent activity.
All prices on the Site are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged for an Order will be the price in effect when the Order is placed.
Additional charges, such as service fees or delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Online Orders: Once an online Order has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to modify your Order, please contact our customer service immediately; however, we cannot guarantee changes once the Order is processed.
On-site Orders: Orders placed directly at the restaurant may be modified or canceled subject to our restaurant policies.
Takeaway: Customers who choose takeaway are responsible for collecting their Orders at the specified time. We are not liable for any delays or issues during transit from our restaurant to the Customer’s location.
Dine-in: Customers dining in must comply with all on-site policies and procedures.
Refunds will only be provided in cases where there is a proven error on our part (e.g., incorrect or poor-quality Products). In such cases, please contact our customer service for resolution.
If a refund is warranted for online orders, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
The content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of [Pizzeria Name] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
No Site part may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without written permission.
